Dear Mr. Palazzi,
I wanted to take a moment to tell you, I was very satisfied on the work your company "Stopleaks" did for me. For years I was getting
water in my basement, and at one point I did call a company that specializes in waterproofing for the basement. The salesman
that came was determined he wasn't leaving until he got a signed contract and I was very turned
off by his heavy tactic manners. I recieved several calls from this company afterwards and each time they lowered their price. I
told them they should have given me the best price up front and not to call me anymore.
What impressed me the most about you was your calm demeanor and your clear cut presentation, it really made an impression after the last
experience I had. Your crew was prompt and courteous and spent most of the day putting a sump pump
in my basement. It's been several months and thankfully my basement has been nice and dry.
I don't dread heavy rains anymore and just having the peace of mind knowing that I'll come home to a dry basement was well worth it.
I did have one small problem and you responded in a timely manner which I appreciated. I am
completely satisfied that I made the right choice choosing your company "Stopleaks". I would highly recommend your company to
anyone having a water problem issue.

It all started in February 2003 when water attacked my basement. After interviewing several companies I decided to go with Rich and Adrian. The one thing that impressed me and helped make my decision was that Rich and Adrian were there during the process. While other companies sent sales people who you will never see again.
My main concern was that my basement was fully finished. They assured me everything would be fine.
The result is a happy ending and my basement has been free of water damage. I am a satisfied customer

The workers were excellent, very polite, and very hard workers.
They cleaned up and we were so suprised to see that they even mopped the basement floor! Sorry we missed

Thank you for the waterproofing at Apt. G-2 at 300-A University Parkway, and the construction of a parking pad at 3303
Guilford Ave. Good Job, as far as we can see and delivered on time. Hopefully with time our expectation will be

Thanks for taking care of my rental property in Arbutus. For years I have been plagued with
basement water problems at that location. After the first heavy rain we had after your work, I
am pleased to report--no water!
